More Reasons to Love your Pull Buoy

In reviewing Position 11 freestyle, we want to take a look at a great feature this drill affords.

While you can start learning Position 11 without breathing, or with a snorkel, using that pause out front can give you the opportunity to breathe on either side, all the time.

Make sure you pause enough in Position 11 to review and PLAN, and then each time you take a stroke, rotate the head with the body and with that arm to get some air. Pause in the middle and then rotate everything to the other side and repeat.

Take your time on this exercise, and remember to pause in the middle to review andPLAN. When you have this drill down, you’ll be able to breathe effectively to either side.


Position-11 freestyle

Glenn Mills explains to swimmers how to add their own data using an app, emphasizing the importance of athlete engagement in the process. **Adding Data Using the App**
