One of my favorite breaststroke drills is One Up/Two Under.

It’s taking one stroke at the surface...and then two kicks under water.

It helps you to lengthen your stroke and find your body position in the water. It emphasizes the power of the kick, setting up into one perfect stroke on the surface.
