Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.  Stabilize your hips and torso as you do 10 circle swings with the right arm.  

Do 10 circles back…

…then 10 circles forward…

…then 10 circles back with the left arm…

…then 10 circles forward.

As a challenge, try to swing the arms in opposite directions.  Start with both hands extended above your head.  Send one arm forward and the other arm back…and then just keep ‘em going.

After 10 swings, reverse directions.  If you have trouble getting this one, start again with both arms straight up, then drop one arm forward and the other arm back.
